This is after waiting like 15 minutes for an online chat. Seriously? So glad I moved everything to Hover years ago - thought Dotster seems to be confused and still trying to bill me for something (hence the chat session).
I finally gave up and filled out a support request instead. Which required me to enter my name, email, account name, secret answer, etc… why the heck if I’m already logged in? So very few companies understand good support these days.
Moral: Use Hover for domain registration. They are great.
