I was really getting into Micro.blog [I backed it on Kickstarter also] but now that the rubber hits the road I’m not sure I want to pay $5 a month for yet another service. I’m thinking more and more about minimalism these days and the small fees I’m paying every month for a zillion different things are starting tor really bug me.

I understand how we got here, but I’m really starting to miss the days where you could buy something once and own it. (yes, I’m aware this blog posts is mixing two slightly different things)
