Bulgaria rallies continue as government quits

You may think it's ridiculous when congress keeps pushing decisions off and creating more arbitrary deadlines and additional "fiscal cliffs" in the near future - all in a silly dance to try and force themselves to actually make decisions on things.

At least they don't just up and quit.
