Mark Bernstein: Prosperity Gospel
25 Aug 2014 • markbernstein.orgYou think products have to be intuitive? Tell that to your second grader: people spend years learning to use books, but we’ve found books pretty useful anyway.
Dumbest. Example. Ever. Most 2 and 3 year olds (at least those I’ve known) know how to -use- books. Open book, find first page with real content (often illustrations for this age group), flip thru pages sequentially. You could perhaps argue it took them years to learn those few things, but that would be disingenuous and we all know why.
People may spend years learning to read - but not learning how to use a book.
